While visiting the International Museum of Prehistory in Les Ezyzies-de- Tayac in France, I visited an exhibition of photographical works by renowned photographer, CHARLES FREGER, who works mostly on the art of social portrait, construction of identity and self-image.

His series Wilder Mann (Wild Man) list , through 19 European countries, the portraits of ancestral rites where men, during winter, changing identity, enter literally into the "SAVAGE"

Composite faces , half man , half animals of the paleolithic art, questioning man's part in the animal kingdom and its own identity within it. An extremely interesting exhibition .
